How does hypnosis work?
Every word you think affects every atom of your body. All that we are arises with our thoughts. Hence the saying “We are what we think”Negative words; create bad feelings throughout your body.
The solution? Easier than you think – hypnotherapy can help eliminate negativity, and help you to feel mentally and physically calmer, so that you can think positively and clearly.
This is done, simply by using words.
Positive words.
Making you aware of how you can change your feelings.
Change your thoughts = change of feelings
This positive awareness reduces stress thus reducing aches and pains. Reducing stress levels can often help alleviate certain illnesses.
Rid yourself of unnecessary aches and pains, the inability to think clearly, perform better at work and sports with a clear mind, feel confident and better about yourself.
